Follow the runbook

Deploy one service, attach storage, verify DNS in Resend, create mailboxes, and confirm the webhook. Account access and secrets stay with you.

03 · Verify

Test the full route

Check /readyz, then receive a message from an outside account and reply. A green health check alone does not establish mail delivery.
